An animated experience that walks us through a complex yet necessary lesson on “How industries can make transformational change for black professionals”. Starting with her experiences within the marketing and design industry to steps on how to truly make change from within for black and all minority professionals alike. I first read Jessica’s article when she shared it in an all company message. When reading her article for Fast Company, I related so many of her experiences. Upon finishing, it brought tears to my eyes. One reason was because someone spoke of things I had been through but never shared. Two, That people whole gathered their information through tactile resources and visual stimuli would probably pass over this article missing all of the rich information. Thus, the idea of making it into an animation began. Little did we know that it would take almost 7 to 8 months to complete.
